These terms specifically pertain to transactions within Malaysia. Please carefully read and understand these Terms before making any purchases on the Site. By ordering any products from Digitronix, you accept and are bound by these Terms. It is advised to print a copy of these Terms for future reference. Digitronix reserves the right to amend/update these Terms periodically. Users are encouraged to review the Terms each time they use the Site to ensure compliance with the latest applicable terms.

Digitronix cannot guarantee that the way your device displays the product details accurately reflects the products for sale in the Online Store. 2.2 The packaging used for delivering products may vary from the packaging indicated on the Site.

3. Order for Products

3.1 Our ordering process allows you to review and amend the details of the products before submitting the order. Ensure that you check your order before submission. 3.2 Placing an order through our online checkout process constitutes an offer to buy the products on these Terms. The Contract is formed when we send you an email confirming your order (“Purchase Order”). These Terms constitute the entire Contract between Digitronix and you for the sale of products. 3.3 We may refuse or reverse your order if: The product is unavailable. Authorization to complete your payment cannot be obtained. There is a pricing or product description error. You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 5 below. 3.4 The Contract will relate only to the products confirmed for dispatch in the Purchase Order. We are not obliged to supply any other products that may have been part of your order until confirmed in a separate Purchase Order. 3.5 All products are subject to availability. If products are unavailable, or there is a pricing error, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. If payment has been made, we will provide a revised delivery date or refund the amount paid.

4. Service Availability

We only accept orders for delivery addresses within Malaysia.

5. Your Status/Eligibility

5.1 By placing an order through the Site, you warrant that: You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are at least 18 years old. All information provided is complete and accurate. You are a resident of Malaysia. You are accessing the Site from Malaysia.

6. Our Status

6.1 Our Site may contain links to other companies’ websites or third-party sellers/websites (“External Links”). Digitronix is not responsible for the quality of products purchased from External Links and disclaims any warranties and liabilities arising from such purchases. 6.2 Digitronix is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the availability or access to External Links. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against these other companies or third-party sellers.

7. Delivery Location

The delivery address must be within Malaysia. We reserve the right to cancel orders if unable to deliver to the specified address.

8. Delivery

8.1 We will use a third-party courier service for product delivery. 8.2 Delivery lead time is an estimation and may be subject to change. 8.3 Delivery does not include installation unless expressly specified. 8.4 Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. 8.5 We will notify you of any delivery failures or delays by our third-party courier service. 8.6 Delivery dates are subject to product availability, shipping destination, and courier partner’s schedule.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

9.1 Cancellations: Not available for pre-orders, express delivery, express delivery with installation, and express store pickup. Request cancellation before order preparation. Once prepared, cancellation is not allowed. 9.2 Returns: Allowed within 7 working days for incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Requirements for valid returns include: The product shipped within 7 working days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase with valid order invoice number and receipt. The product is in new condition with original packaging and accessories. 9.3 Refunds: Refund through the same payment mode as the original purchase. If unable to refund through the original payment mode, refund through an alternative mode.

10. Risk and Title

Ownership of products passes to you upon full payment or delivery, whichever is later.

11. Price and Payment

Delivery charges, if applicable, are not included unless specified. 11.2 Prices and delivery charges may change but will not affect orders with a sent Purchase Order. 11.3 Payment must be made online, by credit card, debit card, eWallet, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and is collected by Digitronix.

Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, some products may be incorrectly priced. Verification occurs during dispatch. We reserve the right to reject orders with incorrect prices.
